Any individual can mail the above to the office for the same complete analysis as the Meridian Stress Assessment.

Each specimen is to be collected and placed in individual zip-lock bags with the person's name attached. 

Urine and saliva can be collected on a q-tip swab. NO LIQUID SAMPLES PLEASE.

Package must be sent out immediately as specimens are best analyzed within 10 days from collection.

All samples must have your name, date of birth, gender, address and phone number provided.

1st Time Scan : $155.00 

Revist (2nd time or more) : $125.00 

Both includes : Full analysis, imprint and written report. Suggestions for supplements will be sent along with report. If you would like these supplements, please send a check back for the amount. Once received, supplements will be mails. (Please include a note with requested supplements.)

HUNS Analysis brought into the office falls under the same standards. 

If a HUNS without payment, or wrong payment, it will be returned to sender and fresh samples must be sent. 

HUNS Analysis will be done within 48 business hours of being received, though we cannot account for mail delivery) and will be mailed as soon as completed. 

If a client has specific questions, please include a written note with samples.

This analysis can also be performed on pets.
